Episode 30 – Sometimes People Hate You

Episode 29 – More Than Conquerers
Jim was a victim of childhood sexual abuse and shares his story, but all in the context of “overcoming”. Jim shares how his life experience has been the living out of the enemy’s strategy for every single one of us – to capture us, convince us that God cannot be trusted, that He is not good, and that we’d be better off without Him. Ironically, God is the only one we really CAN trust to love us and meet our every need. When Satan can get us separated from God our Father, he twists and perverts our desires and needs. In that vulnerable place, he has leverage over us. The enemy’s ultimate aim is to enslave us and degrade us.

Episode 27 – Fear and Spiritual Warfare with Fr. Chad Ripperger
In this episode, Chris and exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger zero in on a topic that can seem scary and intimidating at first but is another area in which Jesus is ultimately in control: spiritual warfare. Together they expose the devil’s goal in each of our lives: to destroy us by using fear as a weapon. “The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy,” Jesus teaches us in John 10:10. But in the same verse he goes on to say, “I have come that they might have life, and have it to the full.” Our very lives are at stake in this spiritual battle within us, accurately called warfare.
