When I was looking at going from renting a house to buying for the first time I was terrified by that kind of financial commitment. I called my dad, told him about my fear, and he said, “You know, I got your back. If things don’t work out, I can bail you out.” So I gave it my all with the new spirit of peace knowing that I had this safety net because I have a father who’s looking out for me.
Thank God for good dads. Just like my dad had my back when I was buying a house, we have a heavenly Father who is looking out for us even more! Jesus said, “Your Father knows what you need before you even ask Him.”
We all have problems we face every day. There are obstacles to conquer and things that stress us out. There’s not escaping that in life. But as you approach those things and give it your all, do it with the spirit of someone who has a Father who’s got his back. Because we do!
